Directions
On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 or 3
scoops of Stone Dragon with 16-24 oz. of cold water or juice
and drink 15-30 minutes prior to training. On Non-Training
Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 or 2 scoops of Stone
Dragon with 16 oz of cold water or juice. Take once a day
around the same time you would take it on training days.
Important: to avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four
hours of bedtime. Though dramatic effects will be noticed in
your very first workout , Stone Dragon should be taken
everyday to illicit its maximum. Do not store in direct
sunlight, store in a cool dry place.
